Here's what happens when a couple of members of the Mission City Hot Rhythm Cats are particularly avid photography enthusiasts. A lot of pictures get taken and a photo gallery ultimately comes to life on the band's website. You can expect to see more photos appear on this page as time goes along! Click on any of the photo thumbnails for a full size version. ************************************************** June 1st, 2008 The following photos were taken on the patio of Jim Cullum's Landing. We had some very special musician friends sitting in with us this evening. From Central Florida, cornetist Tom Pletcher, Jim Cullum Jazz Band clarinetist Ron Hockett and Austin, TX clarinetist Jonathan Doyle. July 13, 2008After realizing how much hotter, fun and exciting the band sounds as a 6-piece group, the Mission City Hot Rhythm Cats added Tim Paco on bass and Pierre Poree on reeds and vocals to the group's regular lineup. After getting together to run through some tunes, we knew we'd made the right decision!
